Why did you start breeding?
We have always been a fan of these wonderful and beautiful basset hounds and have had great experiences with these dogs throughout our lifetimes. Knowing how special these friendships and relationships have been for us is what motivated us to to do the same for others. Our plan is to deliver these beautiful future best friends to the children and/or adults that need them.What makes your program special?
What is special are our dogs. These lovable, active, beautiful animals bring joy and delight to most who meet them. What makes our program special, is that we breed these unique characters with loving personalities and unlimited possibilities.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are black white and brown. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

“This litter were registered with the AKC on May 24th 2026, and have received puppy socialization, first round of vaccinations, and deworming. This will hold the puppy until July 4, 2026, after it receives its first vet general wellness examination, first vaccination, and deworming.”

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
