I'm Jennifer R., the breeder behind Life of Riley Chihuahuas located in Saint Joseph, MO. Our dogs are our babies. They are happy, healthy and ALL Chihuahua! To know the breed is to love them! Our puppies are raised in our home and socialized from birth. Before going to new homes they will be Vet checked with current vaccinations. I breed for preservation and companionship.

Why did you start breeding?
Chihuahuas have been bred with other breeds to make "designer dogs". Although this might be fun and some of the outcomes of mixing have produced some great results but the reality is this dilutes a purebred animal. Let's work at maintaining happy, healthy purebred dogs.What makes your program special?
My goal is breeding a companion that I would want to raise myself. They are started on socialization but will need that to continue. We know that Chihuahuas need constant socialization to be good companions. Our dogs are our babies. They are happy, healthy and ALL Chihuahua! To know the breed is to love them! Our puppies are raised in our home and socialized from birth.What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies include smooth and long coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include chocolate sabled fawn, black and white, and cream and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Luna is the smartest dog I've ever owned. This is due to great breeding.. Along with the smarts, she is a bossy girl to the pack, this has made her a great momma. She is a loyal girl and takes pride in following the rules, she truly gets her feelings hurt if she thinks we're not happy with her. She loves a car ride and will sit front and center.
