I'm Korina B., the breeder behind Life Unleashed Farm located in Vernonia, OR. We nurture inquisitive, friendly family companions with foundations that grow curiosity, patience, and willingness. We pair genetically health tested dogs to ensure we do our absolute best to limit genetic mutations, diseases, or poor orthopedic structure being passed to the offspring.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    As a little girl, I delivered kittens and loved watching tiny babies grow into healthy, agile adults. I dreamed of being a vet, alas women’s health became my path. Learning about health, genetics, and responsible breeding inspired the dream of raising puppies. Now, I combine my love for animals and passion for respectful birth to raise Sheepadoodles with solid temperaments, and robust health!

  • What makes your program special?

    At Life Unleashed Farm, our puppies are raised in the heart of family life with my two sons, mom, cousins, aunties, uncles, and a close community who all love puppy snuggles. Pups live in our main living space (kitchen), exposed to everyday sights, sounds, and experiences—from lively toddlers to gentle grandparents—so each pup grows confident, social, and ready to thrive in their forever home

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include gray, gray and white, blue merle and white, black and white, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Korina

Korina has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Korina partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 7 weeks old.

"Our Matching Process 🤍🐾 We’ve created a thoughtful, hands-on experience to ensure each puppy is placed exactly where they’ll thrive. From the very beginning, families are invited into the journey. ✨ Private family updates: You’ll receive a personalized Google Doc starting at pregnancy confirmation, with consistent photo updates, milestones, and even actual birth footage—so you feel connected every step of the way. ✨ In-home visits: Between 4–6 weeks, families are welcomed into our home to meet the puppies, experience their environment, and begin seeing personalities emerge. ✨ Professional temperament testing: Each puppy is evaluated by a Certified Professional Dog Trainer to assess temperament, confidence, energy, and social tendencies. ✨ Guided matching process: Once evaluations are complete, we call families in deposit order and personally guide you through selecting the puppy that best fits your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Our heart is to create intentional, lifelong matches—not just based on looks, but on true compatibility for your family."

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 deposit and $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"First vaccine and flea treatment upon request, worming, nail trim, bath acclimation, socialization, potty training, dog door use, exposure to farm animals, travel, grooming, gift bag, DVM health clearance, and lifetime support. Deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to up to three future litters if available. We only breed based off a full waitlist."

Korina may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia (Preliminary)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (Preliminary)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA)

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
