We had the absolute best experience with Gina. From the very beginning, she was in constant communication, answering every question with patience and care. She took the time to match us with the perfect puppy—calm, sweet, and exactly what we were looking for in temperament. When it was time to bring our puppy home, Gina went above and beyond. She sent us off with the most thoughtful care basket, filled with everything we could need to help him transition smoothly: a beautiful white pine leash and collar, food, treats, toys, a snuggle puppy, a blanket that smelled like his littermates, chews, probiotic, lick mat, poop bags, and even a flash drive with a training guide. She even showed us how to groom him properly, which made us feel so supported as new Samoyed parents. The moment we got on the road, we could tell how well-raised and well-socialized our puppy was. He was calm and perfect the entire 5-hour drive home—no crying, no accidents, no car sickness. Every time we stopped, he peed outside on the grass like a champ. Since then, he has continued to amaze us. He’s confident, gentle, friendly with both people and dogs, and so smart. His calm and sweet nature is a true reflection of Gina’s incredible care and dedication to her dogs. Gina is one of the kindest people we’ve met. She truly gives her whole heart to her family and her dogs, and it shows in everything she does. I felt supported every step of the way, and I know we’ll continue to stay in touch with her as our puppy grows.
