I'm Lisa R., the breeder behind Lisa's Canines located in Pelzer, SC. I’ve owned and loved the German Shepherd for over 30 years and bred in the early 2000s. Now returning with renewed passion, focused on temperament, health testing, sound genetics, and early development. Each pairing is thoughtfully planned to produce stable, well-structured dogs true to the breed.

Lisa has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Lisa partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 8 weeks old.
"Placement is guided by temperament evaluations conducted at 7–8 weeks. "

"Puppies $3,500–$3,700 (PICK OF THE LITTER) Dam imported from Slovakia; sire is grandson of V-rated IGP stud Pike Lupo Nero. Four generations documented, health tested, AKC registered. All puppies receive vaccines, deworming, and health check by a licensed veterinarian. A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to reserve a puppy. Deposits secure placement on the reservation list and are applied toward the final purchase price. Deposits are only accepted after an approved application to ensure the right fit for both puppy and home."
Lisa may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Lisa offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Lisa directly.
