Lois was wonderful to work with during our adoption process. Despite having several setbacks out of everyone’s control, Lois continued to work with us until we had our new baby home!

Lois was very communicative throughout the entire process. The delivery of our new family member, Bayley, was a huge help and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Lois to anyone looking for a BMD.

Lois was excellent to work with. This was our first Bernese mountain dog and we asked a lot of questions. She was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. She was flexible when choosing a time pick up our boy. We were able to meet the parents on site which made us feel very comfortable. Our puppy was well socialized when we picked him up and he is so intelligent. He has the most amazing temperament. We absolutely adore him. I highly recommend Lois.
