Photo dump of our Sweet Little Lu Doodles in their everyday lives. They are robust puppies - all ranging 8.75lbs to 10.25lbs. Their growth rate is incredible. They're eating kibble and love chewing on the healthy ingredient chew treats. They have tried fish skins, beef trachea and beef bone marrow, in addition to their normal diet of boiled shredded chicken and puppy kibble. They have also tried and enjoyed boiled eggs, banana and cheese. They all know when I'm coming to feed them and sit nicely making eye contact with me. I have also spent a significant time hand feeding each of them, so they are very gentle.
We only have females left. Don't miss out. Send in your application today to find out how to secure the pup of your choice.

Our Sweet Little Lu Doodles have become very playful 38 day old puppies. We introduced dried fish skins today and they loved it. They're actively teething and are officially in the bitey shark stage. We give these babies treats and toys to satiate their strong need to bite and chew phase.

Watch our Sweet Little Lu Doodles as they go through their wake, eat, play, sleep cycle.
These puppies know when I ring their dinner bell, they all come running and promptly sit, or mand. They ask politely by sitting and looking up and making eye contact with me.
After they eat, they usually potty and play, potty again and eventually fall asleep. This is the puppy sleep, wake, eat, play cycle. Owners who understand this cycle can predict their puppy's potty needs with regularity. Over time, the frequency or need to potty decreases but the cycle remains similar or the same.

Our Sweet Little Lu Doodles are actively teething. One of the best things you can do as an owner is find your puppy these beef marrow bones at a local pet store in the freezer section (they usually come in a bag of 8) or with your local butcher - ask them, they make those cuts for you.
These beef marrow bones satiate the strong desire to bite and chew - something all puppies do. If you want to avoid destruction in your home, proactively find solutions like this that meet your pup's needs.
We give these same bones to our Mama Lucy and Papa Luca at least twice a month, sometimes weekly. It's a natural toothbrush for them and the marrow is rich in good fats, vitamins and minerals. It is beneficial to their mental stimulation, teeth, skin and coat. Their vet in August was pleasantly surprised they don't need a teeth cleaning at their age (6). Make sure you don't over cook them if you prefer serving over raw. I find puppies love the raw because it comes to them frozen. Our parents prefer them slightly cooked.
Enjoy watching these precious puppies! And don't forget, go home day is just after the new year! Now is your opportunity to apply and own one of these amazing babies. Don't miss out!

Watch our Sweet Little Lu Doodles as they wake up from their nap and wait patiently for their food, or Manding. We teach them how to mand.
Manding in puppies is teaching them to politely ask for things (like attention, food, or going out) by offering a specific, polite behavior (usually sitting and making eye contact) instead of demanding with jumping, nipping, or barking. It's about giving puppies a "voice" to communicate needs constructively, allowing better communication between them and their owners, self-control, and a positive relationship. This makes them feel heard and reduces unwanted behaviors like jumping. The best dogs always make eye contact with their kahu's and we teach our puppies these manners.
We also hand feed our puppies so they learn how to take food gently from your hand and only reward those who are manding. Everyone quickly catches on and dinner or treat time is never stressful here at Lu Doodles.
Reserve your future amazing puppy today! Go home day is just after the New Year 🎉🎊

We couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the very beginning, Val was incredibly responsive and communicative. She kept us updated on Paisley’s progress with regular pictures and videos, and even went above and beyond by keeping her for two extra weeks past her go home date while we were on vacation. That peace of mind was priceless!
Paisley came to us fully potty trained and has been such a well-mannered pup from day one. She knows exactly where her crate, bed, and food are, picked up the dog door right away, and has never had a single accident in the house. She doesn’t jump, bark at guests or the mailman, or beg for food—even when we’re eating on the couch. It’s honestly hard to believe she’s still a puppy!
She’s also incredibly smart and playful—she loves belly rubs, chasing toys in the backyard, and playing with ice cubes. She figured out level 2 cognitive toys in a week, so we skipped right to level 4!
We feel so lucky to have adopted a puppy from the very last litter of LuDoodles. Val clearly puts so much love, time, and care into raising her pups, and it shows in every way. We’re beyond grateful and can’t recommend her enough!

Lu Doodles is amazing; all the follow-up they gave from our request for information until we had the puppy in our hands was incredible. Sukha, our puppy, is more beautiful live than in the photos and videos shared with us. Thank you so much Val because Sukha came to bring a lot of joy and fun to our family
