I'm Lonna B., the breeder behind Lydon Australian Shepherds located in Springfield, OR. Lydon Australian Shepherds is a small, multi-generational, family breeder. We have been breeding, raising, showing and training Aussies for nearly 20 years. Our breeding dogs have been extensively health tested including complete Australian Shepherd DNA panels, OFA hip and elbow evaluations and eye exams. I was very pleased with Good Dog in connecting with a reputable Australian Shepherd Breeder. Lonna was very helpful in helping me select the puppy that best suited my personality. Good Dog was the perfect avenue to provide my personal information and payment safely and securely. I renamed my Aussie Bo. He actually chose his name in how he responded to commands. He’s a jewel. He quickly potty trained with a specific bark at the door. He also sleeps in his crate through the night. He comes on command and does not run off when removed from his leash. He waits for commands to eat, go outside after me, sit, stay, down, drop it and walk (heal). He still has much to learn with social skills and being around strangers. One he completes his shots we can get these behaviors under better control. Love love love Bode!

Lonna was so responsive and very knowledgeable and kept me up to date during the whole process. They really love and care for all of their dogs. The payment process went smoothly and she even let me borrow a crate for training while I was in town visiting my Sister. I would recommend them to anyone!

Lonna and Lori have been wonderful to work with - from providing photos and videos prior to reservation to meeting me halfway on the long drive to pick my wonderful pup up. They have checked in several times unprompted to make sure everything is going well, and they have provided guidance on training and helping with my girl's upset tummy. Couldn't recommend them enough!
