Jackie C.

Breeder of German Shepherds

Meet the breeder

I'm Jackie C., the breeder behind Macanta K9 located in Eustace, TX. At Macanta K9, we not only provide top quality, healthy German Shepherds, but we also include free training during the first year for all local puppy owners to assist them with raising their puppies. We also start all puppies on crate training to make the transition from our home to yours easier.

Q. & A. with Jackie

  • Why did you start breeding?

I got into breeding years ago and successfully raised three litters that turned out to be great family companions and protectors. They had very balanced drives to be social whenever their owners would allow people into their homes and to be protective when someone went into the home uninvited.
  • What makes your program special?

What sets me apart from other breeders, is that I start the puppies on crate training, so that when they go to their new homes, they are already familiar with the crate and do not get upset whenever they have to go inside of the crate. I also offer free training during the first year the owners have the puppies to ensure the puppy grows up to be how the owners want the puppy to be.
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Our puppies have stock coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include black and black and silver. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
