I'm Victoria M., the breeder behind Mack's Creek Basset Hounds located in Mack's Creek, MO. We health test our dogs through paw print genetics, if you choose us to get a puppy from rest assured that we've done everything to breed healthy dogs with stable tempraments and conformation. We love what we do and are committed to producing well-bred, healthy puppies for loving homes. We work hard to breed exemplary dogs that are well taken care of from day one and are prepared to excel in loving and caring homes. We love our dogs and puppies, and we strive to place each pup in a home suited to their temperament and ability, our puppies have a one year genetic health guarantee and a contract stating what we do and do not cover once the puppy leaves our care for the first year of life!

Why did you start breeding?
My parents used to breed Livestock Guardian Dogs while I was growing up, I've always loved dogs and wanted to give it a try for myself, with all intentions of bettering the breeds by breeding only dogs that are of breed standards with fantastic temperaments and health!What makes your program special?
We breed great quality dogs with great temperaments, we socialize our dogs and puppies very well with other dogs, cats, livestock and people and strive to have puppies that aren't shy and afraid of everything!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Basset Hound puppies include mahogany and white, lemon and white, and black brown and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Victoria

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Victoria partners with them to find the best puppy match.
