I'm Marc D., the breeder behind Magic’s Weimaraners located in Faribault, MN. I produce pups that have the ability to excel in their chosen field, whether that be hunting, showing, or as an active companion. My Weimaraners are not only champions in the ring but in the hearts of their forever families! My focus is on excellence in every aspect of my breeding program. Our puppies come from health tested parents, that are proven against the best Weimaraners in the country. A Magic’s Weimaraner is simply a cut above.
Q. & A. with Marc
Why did you start breeding?
Although I am very involved in showing my dogs, they are beloved companions first and foremost. I decided to responsibly breed them as a way to connect my pups to others that will love them just as much as I do. My dogs are my passion, my hobby, and my beloved companions.
What makes your program special?
I am an experienced breeder, and I take my role seriously. I keep a variety of factors in mind when choosing dogs to breed, including health, temperament, pedigree, and complementary traits, so that puppies can inherit the best of both parents. I hold myself to the highest standard when it comes to my dogs and my breeding practices.
What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies have smooth coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are silver gray. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
