I'm Mardel R., the breeder behind Mardel Robeson of Mulberry Hollow Whippets located in Gentry, AR. Our dogs are OFA heart certified and we provide a health guarantee. They are our family pets who live in our country home where they have room to run and play. We would love to have you visit us to see our dogs! Our puppies are raised with lots of love, attention and socialization.

Why did you start breeding?
I've loved purebred dogs all my life. When my kids were young we decided to start raising puppies. It was a long process to accomplish raising show-quality, lovable dogs.What makes your program special?
We spend a great deal of time with our dogs and puppies and provide them with many new experiences so they will be ready for life with their new families. We are always here for any questions the new owners have throughout the dog's life.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Whippet puppies include white and red brindle, white and fawn brindle, white and black, white and blue, blue brindle, red brindle, fawn brindle, black, and blue. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Puppy prices include a $300 refundable deposit and between $2,200 - $2,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

+4I've had several dogs over the course of the last 20 years but Java was our first pup that had to be transported via a flight. I was extremely nervous and anxious about the entire process and Mardel was so responsive and ensured our Smooth Fox Terrier made it to us safely. The puppy was a week late due to storms which is completely out of anyone's control but Mardel drove to the airport every day to check on the flights and she kept in contact with me during the entire process and provided updates to ease my anxiety. Her commitment and dedication is truly amazing and I cannot thank her enough! As far as the puppy goes, while this is my first Smooth Fox Terrier, we had have 3 Jack Russells but at only 2.5 months, Java is doing things (ie. signaling to go out, etc) that none of our prior dogs learned until they were 5 to 6 months old! Java is by far the most intelligent puppy we've ever had and he's also one of the sweetest. He had his first checkup and all is clear (as suspected) and I am looking forward to spending many many years with Java. I can personally say I really really lucked out in not only finding him but also finding Mardel.

We love our new puppy, Oliver. He's even cuter than in the pictures. A few hiccups with the flight over to us due to weather, and he didn't arrive with a toy or blanket, but he is settling in well, and we're all happy together.
