Q. & A. with McCarthy

  • Why did you start breeding?

We are a small scale "ranchette" in San Diego county. We believe in responsible breeding, ensuring the health of our dogs and sheep flock. It is important to us that we breed for good temperament, with a focus on lifelong animal health goals.
  • What makes your program special?

Puppies are ready to go home 8-10 wks, and will be exposed to a variety of experiences, people, children, noises, and farm animals. Puppies will be Litter AKC Registered, examined by a vet, received doses of flea control/dewormer if appropriate, and vaccinated for DAPP. Our goal is that these puppies are placed in their lifelong homes that are dedicated to caring for them their entire lives.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include white and badger and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
