I'm Meghan K., the breeder behind Meghan's Japanese Chins located in Orlando, FL. I’m Meghan, a therapist, mom, and lifelong Japanese Chin lover. Ruby and Finley are our beloved Japanese Chin mom and dad, and they welcomed five beautiful baby boys on May 11, 2026. My daughter and I are raising them in our home with love, care, cuddles, and joy.

Meghan has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Meghan partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 8 weeks old.
“I take puppy placement very seriously because these little boys are already deeply loved. My goal is to match each puppy with a safe, loving, lifelong home where he will be cherished and protected. Japanese Chins are companion dogs and do best with people who are home often and able to give them daily love, attention, and care. They are not meant to be left alone for long periods of time. Because they are small and delicate, they need families who understand gentle handling. Homes with children may be a wonderful fit as long as the children are kind, calm, well supervised, and taught how to safely love and respect a small dog. Bringing home a puppy is a lifelong commitment that can last well over a decade, and sometimes close to 20 years. Dogs require time, patience, training, vet care, grooming, quality food, and ongoing expenses. I ask every family to thoughtfully research the breed and what it takes to be a responsible dog parent, especially if this is your first puppy. More than anything, I want each puppy to be treasured as family for his whole life.”

“Price includes a vet checked, dewormed, well socialized puppy with first vaccines, records, lots of love, and a sweet welcome home gift to help him settle in. All of our puppies are the same price.”

About Ruby
Ruby is my beautiful lemon and white Japanese Chin girl. She is sweet, gentle, loving, and has the classic Japanese Chin charm that made me fall in love with the breed. She is affectionate, expressive, and such a special part of our family. Ruby is also a wonderful mama to her puppies and has been so patient, nurturing, and loving with her 5 boys! Ruby can be ACA registered and comes from Sheila Godbey’s Japanese Chin line, which includes champion/show dogs. She can also be AKC registered, but I personally have not completed her AKC registration. Her background reflects the qualities I love most about the breed: a beautiful expression, dainty features, a sweet temperament, and that elegant little Japanese Chin presence.
