This week 🧡 Ember visited an assisted living facility where he met many new people, experienced a new environment, and brought smiles to everyone he interacted with! It’s incredible the joy and love a simple puppy cuddle can bring to people’s lives. 💓 He has such a wonderful temperament and would be an excellent therapy dog long-term!

Affectionate, confident, and people-focused — this is 🧡 Ember! He was great during his first full grooming session! This little apple doesn’t fall far from the tree — his dad loves grooming too! 🤎🐶 As part of our guardian home partnership, we offer discounted grooming to support him and our guardian families in maintaining consistency as he grows. 🧡 Ember is being considered for a Guardian Home. ❤️🏡 What is a Guardian Home? A guardian home is a special partnership between our program and a family who welcomes one of our dogs into their home as a beloved, full-time companion. The dog lives with their guardian family, enjoying a normal, enriched family-dog life, while remaining part of our carefully planned breeding program. All of our breeding dogs are fully DNA tested and health screened, and this partnership allows us to continue raising healthy, well-balanced puppies while ensuring our dogs live in loving home environments — not kennels. Kennels are not, and never will be, an option for us! We believe every dog deserves all the love and attention they can possibly get, and there’s only so much room on our couch full-time! 🐶 ❤️🏡 Guardian homes work closely with us, communicate openly, and are supported every step of the way. Our goal is always to create an arrangement that feels respectful, transparent, and comfortable for everyone involved — especially the dog! 👍 Puppy Win of the Day 👍 🧡 Ember has been doing his daytime naps in his crate — and this is one of those “small things” that makes a huge difference long term. Practicing crate naps during the day helps puppies build confidence and learn how to regulate their nervous system. When puppies learn how to settle and rest on their own, it naturally leads to a more balanced, calm adult dog. This kind of routine also supports potty training in a big way. Because 🧡 Ember follows a consistent schedule of nap → wake → potty, he already knows to go to the door when he needs to go out. That clarity comes from structure, not pressure. Little ones truly thrive on predictability. A calm rhythm, clear expectations, and consistency help them feel safe — and when a puppy feels safe, learning comes easily. Watching these foundations come together is one of my favorite parts of raising puppies. Follow along as 🧡 Ember keeps growing into the sweet, confident boy he’s meant to be 🧡🐾

✨ Guardian Home Opportunity ❤️🏡— Meet 🧡 Ember ✨ 🧡 Ember is a truly special little guy, and we’re excited to begin looking for the right guardian home to partner with us as he grows. From day one, 🧡 Ember has been raised with intention. He’s been exposed to a calm, structured home environment and is already practicing the skills that help puppies feel secure and confident. He is crate trained and takes regular naps in his crate, works daily on settling and self-regulation, and is enrolled in puppy classes where he’s learning excellent home manners. He gets along beautifully with dogs of all ages and has a gentle, affectionate nature that makes him an absolute joy to be around. 🧡 Ember sleeps through the night without needing potty breaks, is extremely people-oriented, and has the sweetest, most loving personality. He’s the kind of puppy that wants to be close, connect, and belong. Health and wellness are always our top priority. 🧡 Ember has already received his first round of vaccines, is microchipped, and will go home with his second round of vaccines as well. He comes from fully DNA-tested and health-tested parents, which is a foundational part of how we set our puppies up for long, happy, enriched lives. A guardian home is a partnership. 🧡 Ember would live full-time with his guardian family as their beloved companion, while also remaining part of our breeding program.
