I'm Debra P., the breeder behind Mill Creek Samoyeds located in Mentone, CA. I raise all of my dogs with love in my home. I do all that I can to raise the best puppies possible - a clean environment, quality food, and lots of toys and socialization. My life revolves around meeting my dogs' needs both socially and medically. I strive to bring you the healthiest, happiest pups. Why did you start breeding?
I have enjoyed the love of many Samoyeds and want to share that joy with others. I am passionate about breeding quality pups.
What makes your program special?
I care about the Samoyed breed and do everything in my power to breed sound dogs to ensure healthy and happy puppies. My puppies’ health and wellbeing are my main priorities. I devote my time, energy, and efforts to each litter to ensure my puppies are properly socialized from the moment they are born and prepared to excel in their forever homes.

Getting a puppy from Debra
Debra has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price
Puppy prices include a $500 refundable deposit and $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“My dogs are AKC-eligible puppies, come with a health guarantee, and are screened per AKC recommendations- eyes, hips, and heart. Additionally, they are genetically screened. The breeder holds the right to issue refunds if they do not consider a buyer suitable. This would be a rare occurrence.
Deposits are taken after the birth of a litter.”

Hip Dysplasia
