Quentin B.

Breeder of Goldendoodles

Meet the breeder

I'm Quentin B., the breeder behind Miss Magnolia Kennel located in Oxford, MS. When we purchased our first Goldendoodle, we quickly realized that these beautiful dogs should be available to others. Unfortunately, there are a lot of places who treat these dogs and puppies merely as commodities. We wanted to offer a loving environment to breed, raise, and connect our puppies with the best families available. We have an application process that we believe places our puppies in safe and loving homes. We are committed to raising healthy, vaccinated, well socialized Goldendoodles and placing them with the right family. We are very hands on with each and every puppy that we have. We are committed to keeping our operation small so these puppies always have attention and love prior to them joining their new family.

Q. & A. with Quentin

  • Why did you start breeding?

Unfortunately, when we adopted Maggie (the grandmother of these puppies) we did not know much about puppy mills. When we went to pick her up we soon found out. She was covered in fleas and ticks and was not used to humans. The breeder allowed us to pick her up at 6 weeks old so she missed out on key socialization. We had a mission to have our puppies experience love, cleanliness and warmth.
  • What makes your program special?

Our dams are our babies, our special girls. They sleep in our bed. They are close to us and we view them as family first, not commodities. We raise the puppies in our home where they are individually played with and loved on every day. After their vaccines, we begin to take them on field trips so they can get used to seeing people, sounds and other animals. Our puppies are well socialized.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include apricot and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.
