Ron has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,300 - $3,100 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Ron may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. Juniper was Born in Germany, he comes from amazing bloodlines — his sire is Tell Von Ghattas (VSH 2348918) and his dam is Helene Von Der Berghofer-Heide (VSA 2345691). He’s registered with both the S.V. and AKC, and weighs in at a solid 105 lbs. Despite his size, Juniper still truly believes he’s a lap dog. He’s gentle, loving, and always ready to soak up attention.

Icey Von Haus WisenBaker (DN67622305) She’s the daughter of Fasap Danaos (DN66046001) and Porshe Von Haus WisenBaker (DN44899501), AKC registered and fully health-checked. Icey has a heart as sweet as her name — she absolutely adores children and has the gentlest spirit when she’s around them. Her loving nature makes her a wonderful companion, and she’s incredibly smart and easy to train. One of her favorite things is joining us for walks in the woods. With her excellent recall, she rarely needs a leash — she just loves staying close and being part of the adventure.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Temperament Test
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

We recently adopted our new pup, Johnny from Ron with misty hills German shepherds, he was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He answered all of our questions and even took the time to call us for over an hour. He breeds exceptional dogs. Johnny is a loving dog with a very chill demeanor. It is obvious that he was loved so much with his original family. He is fitting in with our family very well. We have two little boys who just adore him, a cat and another dog. We have had no issues. Ron does a wonderful job with introducing the dogs to real life prior to adoption. Ron even drove 8 hours to meet us. The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful, I would highly recommend misty hills!

We had a wonderful experience working with Ron from start to finish. From my first phone call with Ron it was clear that he cares deeply for his dogs and makes sure that they're going to great homes. He was continually available to answer all of our questions and sent photos and videos while we were waiting her arrival! From my first time speaking to him to the day he delivered Kona to our house it was a pleasure working with Ron and would recommend him. Our dog is very sweet and great with our young kids and has been a wonderful addition to our family.
