I'm Rachel M., the breeder behind Night Sky Whippets located in Hopkinsville, KY. We are a small, home-based Whippet program in Kentucky focused on raising healthy, well-socialized puppies. Why did you start breeding?
Our interest in breeding grew from years of living closely with Whippets and valuing their unique temperament. With Gabby, our first show dog, we connected with experienced breeders and mentors who guided us through a thoughtful first breeding, pairing her with an exceptional sire to produce a promising litter.What makes your program special?
Our puppies are raised in our home with steady interaction, early socialization, and exposure to everyday life. We value calm, adaptable temperaments alongside sound structure. With guidance from experienced mentors, each litter is thoughtfully planned to produce Whippets that settle easily into both active days and loving homes.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are fawn brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Rachel
Rachel has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Rachel partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.
