I'm Jill C., the breeder behind Norden German Shepherds located in Oneida County, NY. I take pride in breeding quality puppies and strive for perfection in workability and temperament. I am a small-scale breeder, allowing me to give each of my puppies, dogs, and breedings the proper care and attention they each deserve. I am dedicated to providing happy, healthy, and well-socialized pups for others to welcome into their family. I love my pups and know you will love them, too!
Q. & A. with Jill
Why did you start breeding?
I built my program with care and intention in every step. I am passionate about the health and wellbeing of this breed, and I want my program to be an example of how to responsibly breed beautiful, well-rounded, healthy dogs. My goal is to raise great quality working German Shepherds that also excel as family companions!
What makes your program special?
When I bring a life into the world, I make sure it gets the best start possible. This includes proper health care and socialization for each puppy, but it starts even earlier than birth. I set my puppies up for success by carefully selecting the parents of each litter, keeping in mind factors such as health, temperament, and ability. I want to choose parents whose genes will bring out the best qualities in each other and produce well-balanced puppies for you to welcome into your home!
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are sable. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
