I'm Kimberly E., the breeder behind NTX Goldens located in Palmerton, PA. NTX Goldens is a veteran owned and operated kennel-free in-home breeding program for AKC registered English Golden Retrievers. We take great pride in raising companions using the Puppy Culture Protocols to enrich the lives of our puppy families.
Q. & A. with Kimberly
Why did you start breeding?
My parents began breeding, raising, and showing when I was a teenager. When I moved back to Texas, I was given the opportunity to take over my mother's Golden Retrievers because she realized they were too big for her. We researched and improved our program, and continue to do so daily. Raising Goldens and making other families happy brings us unexplainable joy.
What makes your program special?
We truly believe in improving the Golden Retriever breed. Our puppies are raised using Puppy Culture protocols, Early Scent Introduction, crate training, and high quality nutrition. All of our adults have completed OFA or PennHip exams, as well as genetic testing. All our litters are genetically tested unless cleared by parentage. Our relationships with puppy owners become life-long.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are light golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
