Melissa is 100 out of 10, she surpasses awesomeness with her heart, passion, care, and response time. My case was a lengthy one as I live in the state of Hawaii and incoming dogs must undergo a 3 month quarantine process prior to arrival for direct airport release or be placed into the state facility for the same amount of time without direct airport release and its a bit like a huge kennel with limited visitation times. Melissa and I both didnt want the puppies to have to stay for 3 months in the hot state facility so she worked with me to get them over here with direct airport release by doing the quarantine there with her. There was very specific and time sensitive paperwork that the puppies had to go through with the state and between myself and Melissa we worked together to ensure the vet followed the states strict timeline and paperwork. I couldn't have done it without her. She stayed on top of everything ensuring that the vets office fixed any mistakes we caught. There were hurricanes that almost caused some delays and during that chaotic moment, Melissa and her beautiful connections with others were able to pivot from plans as they were delayed and figure out resolutions to keep the puppies on schedule. What a hectic day that was but she was calling around and making things happen. She is FANTASTIC!! I consider our family extremely blessed to have found her and these puppies. This is my first experience with a breeder ever and she has blown it out of the water! She went above and beyond, she will not disappoint. She is very quick and knowledgeable with any questions. Very kind and has a great heart. She also cares even afterwards and I will remain in touch with updates for her. She is a wonderful person and it shows with how she moves mountains to make things happen for the babies. God blessed this entire timeline, and He blessed us with her! You will not be disappointed! I'm so incredibly thankful and happy 🥰🤗😄

Melissa was responsive and worked with us in meeting even when we ended up being 30 min late. Our girls love the new dog and she has a new forever home.

Melissa was wonderful to work with! She answered all my questions and concerns. She helped us prepare really well for our little boy! He's been a handful and he is still adjusting, but he is doing great! I have to praise Melissa for how much effort she puts into these pups! He was crate trained and slept all through the night without much as a peep from him! He loves his squeakies and has already learned how to do puzzles and games! We love our baby boy so much! Thank you so much for all you do Melissa!

Melissa was absolutely a joy to work with. She took the time to explain the process. She shared tons of pictures and the one with her daughter enjoying all the pups sold me. She was the breeder I was interested in doing business with. I followed her for a month.

There are truly not enough words to express how grateful we are to Melissa for bringing Azul into our lives. From our very first conversation, Melissa was kids, patient, responsive, and genuinely invested in mankind sure her puppies went to loving homes. She made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process and was always available to answer questions and provide support. When we met Azul, we immediately knew he was special. It was obvious that he had been raised with so much love, care, and attention. He came to us healthy, happy, well-socialized, potty trained, crate trained, and comfortable around other dogs. Everything was organized and ready to go, which made his transition into our family seamless. What Melissa may not fully realize is how much joy Azul has brought into our home. He has filled our days with laughter, love, and companionship. He has such a wonderful temperament and quickly became a chastised member of our family. It feels like he was always meant to be with us. Melissa, thank you for the incredible care you gave Azul before he came home to us and for making this experience so positive and memorable. Your dedication to you puppies shines through in every way, and we are beyond grateful that we found you. Azul is more than just a pet, he is family, and we will forever appreciate the role you played in bringing him into our lives. We wholeheartedly recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a Pomsky. Not only will you get a beautiful and well care for puppy, but you’ll also have the privilege of working with someone who truly loves what she does and genuinely cares about her dogs and the families they join.
