“Holding Deposits are nonrefundable for any reason. Puppies are picked/held in the order deposits are received. Deposits are only returned if we cannot provide the intended puppy to you. No exceptions. Deposit secures the puppy of your choosing and or your place in line for an upcoming litter.”
