I'm Tonya D., the breeder behind OhioPomsky located in Jamestown, OH. We’re a small family breeder that strives to improve our lines each generation. Our pups come loved, spoiled, and used to daily living. They are cared for in our home, NOT in kennels. I do everything I can to find the perfect families for my pups because I love what I do and truly want the best for them each of their families.
Q. & A. with Tonya
Why did you start breeding?
I was a stay-at-home mom with extra time and had the pleasure of being introduced to the breed, That’s when I fell in love with it. I decided to start my program in 2015. My dogs brought so much happiness not to just me, but to my family and friends as well. I’ve found some incredible groups that had amazing breeders with the same goals as I did and want to do my part to help get this breed recognized by AKC.
What makes your program special?
We treat every one of our fur-babies as family members, and each of our pups always comes pre-loved, spoiled, handled all the time, cared for 24/7 in our home, used to all ages including kids, dogs, and daily sounds. I always ask god to help me find the perfect FurEver families for my puppies, because I truly love what I do and only want the best for my pups and their families.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include toy, mini, and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include white, black and white, chocolate, merle, and red and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.
