Meet the breeder

I'm Megan O., the breeder behind Olsen Creek Kennels located in Midwest City, OK. We strive to bring you the best, which is why we breed quality tested dogs, each possessing their own unique personality and quality traits. Our German Shepherd Dogs are bred with the intention of delivering a great dog to each individual. Every one of our dogs is OFA hip/elbow certified, AKC papered and tested for DM(Degenerative Myelopathy).

Q. & A. with Megan

  • Why did you start breeding?

I met a trainer for one of my males for CGC, and we got into a discussion about the breed. She started mentoring me and helped me produce my first litter. From there, I knew I didn't want anything else in life except to feel that accomplishment when a buyer called me or texted me about how amazing their puppy was and how they were so grateful to find me. I absolutely love it!
  • What makes your program special?

We ensure all puppies are ready to take on life with their new families by spending one-on-one time with them. We test all males and females before even considering to breed, so we can ensure all dogs we produce are healthy and ready for anything they have thrown at them at any point in their life. We have a lifetime breeder support for all clients, and we have some absolutely amazing friends now.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.
