Meet the breeder

I'm Penny C., the breeder behind Outland Toy & Mini Aussies located in Oklahoma City, OK. At Outland Aussies, we’re passionate about raising the BEST Toy and Mini Aussies in the industry. Our dogs are family, and that love carries through in every puppy we raise. We’re committed to providing exceptional service and are always happy to chat—because we truly love what we do!

Q. & A. with Penny

  • Why did you start breeding?

Our love for the Australian Shepherd breed runs deep. I grew up around Aussies—my mom was a breeder—so they’ve always been a part of my life. Our dogs bring us endless joy, and we wanted to give back by producing high-quality, healthy pups and placing them with families who will love and cherish them as much as we do.
  • What makes your program special?

What makes our breeding program special is the heart behind it. Outland Aussies is a small, hands-on program where our dogs are family—not kennel dogs. We focus on health, structure, and temperament while producing bold, eye-catching colors. Each litter is thoughtfully planned, and we take pride in pairing our puppies with families who will love them as much as we do.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies include blue merle, black tri, red tri, red merle, red, and black. Toy Australian Shepherd puppies include red, black, black tri, blue merle, red merle, and red tri. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Penny

Penny has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $700 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.
Pay over time with Klarna.

“Our pricing is based on each individual puppy according to several factors, including size, sex, color, markings, eye color, conformation, and overall quality. On occasion, we will place a puppy that has a mismark, or that is a little older, in a pet-only home for less. Prices are subject to change depending on the seasonal market and supply and demand. These are our starting prices. Blue-eyed, small toy, or super flashy markings will be priced higher. Each puppy is reserved for an individual by the order of deposit and/or full payment received for that specific puppy. For this reason, we require a deposit/full payment to hold a puppy. Outland Aussies reserve the right to take "First Pick" out of our litters.”

Contract & health guarantee

Penny may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Penny offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don’t hesitate to reach out to Penny directly.
