I'm Jerry H., the breeder behind Ozark Mountain Kennel Bloodhounds located in Conway, MO. We are lifelong dog enthusiasts, and we’re excited to share our passion and purpose with others through our breeding program. Our dogs stole our hearts right from the start and we found ourselves wanting to get more involved. Breeding was a natural next step and we haven’t looked back since!

What makes your program special?
We like to use our dogs for hunting. They are born and bred for a purpose and ours love to work so that’s what we let them do, work. We do game recovery with them.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red, liver and tan, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Jerry
Jerry has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $750 - $1,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“At this time, we are only doing pet home registration. This comes off your total. Remainder is due at pick up or a minimum of 5 days before transportation.”
Contract & health guarantee
Jerry may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Hip Dysplasia

Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
