I'm Sharon S., the breeder behind Parisfield Brussels Griffons located in Dade City, FL. Brussels Griffons have been part of my life for more than 40 years. I acquired my first little darling, Chelsea, while still in college at Georgetown University. From the first moment, I felt this was the perfect breed. The health and welfare of my dogs is my highest concern.

Why did you start breeding?
After much research, I knew breeding these dogs was something I was meant to do.What makes your program special?
My goal now is to breed healthy, friendly, smart Griffies to enrich the lives of their owners. For me, breeding dogs is a sacred commitment. These little creatures become part of a family. Each one must have everything possible to live a successful life.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
OFA/CHIC DNA Repository
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
