Chasity C.

Breeder of German Shepherds

Meet the breeder

I'm Chasity C., the breeder behind Persevere Kennels located in Alabama. Our dogs are bred with a focus on temperament and health. All parents are OFA & DNA tested. Conformation is an important factor for us & all our breeding dogs are within breed standard & are working on conformation titles. We take pride in our program & truly love our pups!

Q. & A. with Chasity

  • Why did you start breeding?

My breeding program started as a result of getting a rescue German Shepherd. Although he stole my heart, he had so many health and behavioral issues and obviously was not the product of a reputable breeder. Because of him, I dedicated years of research into the breed and realized that my state is severely lacking in reputable breeders. I hope to fill that gap.
  • What makes your program special?

We health test and do conformation dog shows while trying to keep price ranges affordable for those just looking for a pet. Temperament is one of the most important deciding factors in our breeding program. Our ultimate goal is to produce athletic and well-structured canines that can excel within various performance venues and have the ability to be the greatest family companions. We pride ourselves on helping all of our clients find the right fit for their needs and lifestyle. We are passionate about German Shepherds, and our love for these dogs shines through in every aspect of our breeding program.
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Our puppies include stock and long coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include sable, black, black and tan, and black and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.
