I'm Allison V., the breeder behind Pioneer Peak Pomskies located in Wasilla, AK. Each and every of our breeding dogs is DNA tested and OFA screened at 2 years old to confirm their quality. We adore our dogs! We believe in honestly and transparency. To do that each and every dog in our breeding program is genetically tested to make sure they are a quality candidate to further the breed. Not only do we base our quality on genetics we also choose dogs with great temperaments.

Before breeding we guarantee that our dogs are healthy and don't possess the opportunity to pass harmful traits. Our dogs have full embark screenings.As well as OFA hip/elbow screenings at 2 years old.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include mini and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

“The puppies will be completely up to date on vaccines, dewormed, Embark screened. The puppy will be sent home with their vet exam records, vaccine record/booklet, and a care package! The deposit will reserve your puppy until it is old enough to go home. The deposit will go to the overall price of the puppy.”

Hip Dysplasia (Preliminary)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (Preliminary)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
