I'm Kiersten G., the breeder behind Plum Creek Acres Next Generation located in Home, PA. We are lifelong dog enthusiasts, and we’re excited to share our passion and purpose with others through our breeding program. Each of our dogs has brought so much happiness to us throughout their lives. We want to do our part to produce excellent, healthy dogs that can get other people joy as well, and we strive to provide each of our puppies with loving homes where they can live happy lives.
Q. & A. with Kiersten
Why did you start breeding?
My Mom is the owner of Plumcreek Acres kennel in Home.PA, where I grew up surrounded by animals. I was always involved in the dog world, from showing and breeding. My mom's passion for dogs runs deep in my soul, and it was a given that I would follow in her footsteps.
What makes your program special?
I have been fortunate enough to be around breeding for a lifetime. The passion is vital, and our pups are from a long line of quality, healthy parents. We also open our facilities to special needs groups to work with the dogs. Our pups bring joy to more than their new owner. While they are here with me, we share puppy therapy with many mentally and physically disabled adults and children. We enjoy giving back to our community. We have also donated many doodles to children who have autism. Doodles make excellent emotional support animals with their noshed hypoallergenic coats.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Goldendoodle puppies include petite and miniature sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Goldendoodle puppies include cream, apricot, red, phantom, merle, and parti. Irish Doodle puppies include red and apricot. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.
