I'm Stacy T., the breeder behind Plush Doodles located in Rio Linda, CA. We are a family-run program. Our dogs are loved and cherished. Our goal is to produce well-socialized and healthy puppies. We aim to provide the very best possible family companion dogs and to place them in loving responsible homes. We do extensive health testing on all of our breeding parents through Embark/Paw Print Genetics/OFA to ensure that our puppies are of the highest quality and healthy.

Why did you start breeding?
After adopting our golden-doodle Daisy, I realised how much love, enjoyment, therapy, and excitement golden doodles brings to other families, and knowing we've played a part in it makes it all worth. Breeding is not an easy job but We love what we do!What makes your program special?
Our puppies are born and raised in our home and are handled daily. Our dogs are loved, cherished, and raised with children. We are dedicated to providing healthy, and well-socialized pups for others to welcome into their family.What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

This was my first time not only using this app, but also getting a dog through a breeder — and I truly couldn’t have asked for a smoother or better experience. Stacy was wonderful throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions and made sure all needed information was available. The transaction upon the puppy’s arrival was seamless. She even brought a thoughtful gift with lots of goodies to help set Fraser up for success. He already knew how to use puppy pads and is doing amazing with people and other dogs. He is incredibly sweet — truly the sweetest little guy. Having this experience, I would absolutely recommend this breeder. Fraser was clearly set up for success, and it shows. And it definitely doesn’t hurt that he’s the cutest too!

Bringing home my Goldendoodle puppy has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, and I have to give full credit to the breeder for the incredible quality and care they put into raising their dogs. Even more impressive, he came to me completely housebroken at such a young age, something I never thought possible with a new puppy. What really stands out is how well-socialized and confident he is.
