Meet the breeder

I'm Amanda M., the breeder behind PNW Pomskys located in Coeur D'alene, ID. Having a dog in our lives is such a blessing. We find so much fulfillment in providing that same companionship to other homes! Our mission is to breed the very best dogs that we can, to raise them with love, and to select their future homes with careful consideration.

Q. & A. with Amanda

  • Why did you start breeding?

We originally started breeding Siberian Huskies in 2016 with a mentor. Later we decided to try F1 Pomskys. We found Pomskys to be more manageable with a calmer demeanor so continued and started doing F2 with one of our F1 babies grown up!
  • What makes your program special?

Our breeding program is special because we spend so much time socializing pups with other animals, kids, and training early on to make transition a lot easier for families. We also pride ourselves in creating healthy, genetically sound pups!
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies include mini and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include wolf sable, white, black and white, and red and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
