I'm Mike and Maria G., the breeder behind Poppy's Doodles located in Kansas City, MO. We breed high-quality puppies. We love what we do and are committed to producing well-bred, healthy puppies for loving homes. The loyalty and loving disposition of this breed are simply the best! We put a great deal of effort into raising our litters to ensure our puppy families will have the best experience raising their new family members.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My love of dogs and the ability to add to a family! When we adopted our first goldendoodle all my kids and grandkids wanted one. So I did my for diligence and found the perfect sire at the time to mate with our beautiful girl. Then I found out that everyone wanted one of ours. So that is how I began.

  • What makes your program special?

    We raise the puppies in our living room so they are part of the family from day 1. They are played with daily and given lots of love!

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are medium size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include cream, apricot, black, phantom, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Mike and Maria

Mike and Maria has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Mike and Maria partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $1,300 - $1,900 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    We had such a wonderful experience with Maria! She was incredibly sweet, quick to respond, and so thoughtful throughout the entire process. When we picked up Hank, she surprised us with a puppy starter goodie bag that included a blanket with his mom’s scent on it, some food, and two toys, which meant so much to us and made Hank’s transition home extra comforting. You can truly tell how much she cares about the puppies. We absolutely love Hank and couldn’t be happier!
