Katie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Katie partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“As the puppies mature and their initial personalities emerge (who's an extravert, who's lazy, who likes to boss the others around), we take note. During the application process, we will discuss the puppies' traits and what the new owner is looking for. While potential matches can be done during this stage, we hold off on a final pairing until we can meet in person and see how things go.”

“Pricing includes microchipping, up-to-date vaccinations, deworming and early socialization. Deposit applies to the final cost. This will cover costs between time of commitment and pick-up (whether that is a couple days or a couple weeks).”
Katie may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Katie offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don’t hesitate to reach out to Katie directly.

Now that it's just them, with no siblings to mess up their fun, they are best buds. They don't know it, but in a couple days Waffles will go to his furever home, and Bacon stays with us. They will have night new adventures and I'm glad they have a few days left together.

Sibling rivalry in the winter sun. They all give as good as they get, don't worry about that!

I think Waffles wants a bath, he's sleeping in the water bowl....

If a puppy goes home with spotless ears, that is because Hera takes ear hygiene very seriously. Toast was the happy recipient this time. Don't mind the noise in the background, that is our robovac (which the puppies didn't mind at all) saving us for the endless corgi fur.

Playing is tiring work, the boys are tuckered out after an extended session in the dog run outside.

Let's talk tails for a moment. Traditionally, Pembrokes have their tails docked shortly after birth (before due to concern of injury when working with cattle, but it's now part of the AKC standard and required for showing). We opt not since we don't believe in unnecessary body mods on dogs. If we had though, we would never have found out they can have a distinct tail color pattern. This is Toast's diamond patch. Waffles' is more of a triangle. Even the tris have it, but it's much harder to see.

Pembroke Welsh Corgi
About Jade
Jade is a mature lady who loves to cuddle up after a great run or hike. She can turn on a dime when teasing the other dogs, and is a wonderful mama dog to her pups. She is definitely the pack leader, keeping the young 'uns in line when they get too rambunctious. Jade has reached an age where she doesn't get overly excited when someone comes to the door, but she's got a voice to let them know she's keeping an eye on them. She has AKC champion bloodlines in her pedigree, and is triple clear genetically.

Pembroke Welsh Corgi
About Bacon
Bacon is a future potential dam, and has that strong energy you want in a mama dog. Right now she's learning her place in the pack (at the top if she has her way), and is on her way to learning the basics of good dog behavior. She is triple-clear and will go through OFA when she's old enough.

Pembroke Welsh Corgi
About Hera
Hera is one chill lady. She's cool on walks (unless she spots a yellow fire hydrant, than everyone will know about it!) and regal as she surveys her domain (like any good goddess does). She holds her own in the hourly wrestling matches with her fellow Corgis, followed by some stretching and sleeping. Her favorite sleeping pose is belly up, and no dropped kibble or treat escapes her nose.

About Major
Major is a Hummer of a Corgi, built for long distance trotting and snuggling on the couch. He's smart (talks to us using buttons and fetches the newspaper) and insistent on being heard - no one gets to the front door without him telling us! He's yet to meet a person he didn't like. His body is fit and well-formed, with a white chest that makes him look regal when he's waiting for dinner.

Katie and Dan were fantastic to work with. In the beginning, I wasn't really looking seriously for a puppy, but WAS on the hunt for a breeder I could trust. Everything on their profile is 100% accurate. They love their sire and dams and treat them exceptionally well. The dogs (and their offspring) are valued members of the family and cared for extraordinarily. Katie and Dan are ethical, responsive, and honest. While I am a veteran Corgi owner, I hadn't had a puppy for nearly 20 years and had lots of questions. Katie always replied within hours (usually faster) and answered my questions patiently and completely. Latte, whose grown up name is Cai, is a joy. He is smart, healthy, and growing like crazy. He has that Pembroke Corgi twinkle in his eye, and the Pembroke Corgi swagger in his step. My vet was very impressed with Cai's conformation, health, and vitality. Because of Katie and Dan's breeding program, I know he is clear of genetic conditions that would shorten his life and/or make it painful and difficult. They gave him an excellent start. When I begin looking for another puppy someday, I will start with Pordr Corgis. Until then, I will happily and fully recommend Katie and Dan to others.

Katie was wonderful to work with. She was very accommodating agreeing to meet at a destination that saved me a lot of driving and brought several puppies for me to choose from. The fact that she tested her breeding pair of parents for genetic diseases shows me she really cares about the health of the puppies she breeds. Her knowledge of her pups helped me find just the right fit for my household. She made great strides in getting the house training started for the puppies, which helped tremendously. The puppy I chose settled in right away, was a healthy, happy, and confident boy.

So happy to meet Katie from Pordr Corgis. From the beginning she was very responsive. When visiting she allowed us time to meet the puppies and spend as much time with them as we needed. She was helpful in describing the traits of each puppy. Their home was a good environment, and the puppies were very content. The adult dogs in the home were friendly and calm. Katie walked us through the process of purchasing our puppy through Good Dog.

Katie and family were great, you could tell they really care and love their dogs. They answered any and all questions we had and wanted to make sure our puppy was going to a good, prepared, and loving home. Our puppy Athena (now LuLu) is doing great in her new home, puppy training is going excellent thanks to the head start training from Katie and family. Myself, my family, and LuLu highly recommend Katie and Pordr Corgis!

Katie was a pleasure to work with. You could tell that she loved and cared for all of the puppies. She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. She provided very helpful information and all the necessities for the first few days while adjusting to the new life. I would highly recommend using Pordr Corgis if your looking for a new best friend
