I'm Dannette P., the breeder behind Prairie Land German Shepherds located in Monument, KS. We are located in the heart of the wind swept Kansas prairie. Our German Shepherds are protectors, friends, companions, and part of our family. We hope to share our love of German Shepherds while maintaining standards of excellence in all of our dogs. We have excellent bloodlines that produce puppies with great temperaments and trainability, ultimately resulting in outstanding working dogs, show dogs, and family protection companions.

Why did you start breeding?
We love the German Shepherd breed. Our dogs have brought us so much joy and happiness that we wanted to give back to them by producing the highest quality dogs and providing them a wonderful life with wonderful families. It has been an absolute joy of a journey, and we are so happy to be able to share these wonderful dogs with other loving families and individuals.What makes your program special?
We are enthusiastic about our program and look forward to advancing the wonderful qualities of the German Shepherd with a focus on health, temperament, and structure! We have high expectations for our puppies and strive to place each one in an enriching and loving home!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are sable. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
