Q. & A. with Emma
Why did you start breeding?
I became interested in breeding when I met a lady who was a Yorkie Breeder and now is a Goldendoodle breeder. She introduced me to all the basics and really taught me what a good breeder looked like. Zac had former experience working on a cousin's farm and helped birth goats and cows. His family then had a litter of puppies which he helped birth. Goldendoodles have proven to be wonderful companions in our lives, and it is a privilege to share that love and friendship with others.
What makes your program special?
We do everything we can to make sure our puppies have what they need to develop into healthy and happy dogs. We are very conscious about who adopts our puppies, always ensuring that they are given the best life possible. We are very dedicated to what we do and what we are trying to achieve as breeders. We work with passion, heart, integrity, and truly want what's best for our pups and the humans who love them.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include miniature and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include cream, apricot, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
