  • Why did you start breeding?

    My primary focus is to produce dogs with strong working ability, solid temperaments, great health, and sound moderate structure from exceptional pedigrees. My passion is poured into every aspect of my breeding program. I love all of my dogs and want them to thrive in their forever homes.

    Rallhaus is a premier breeder of German Shepherds. All of our breeding stock is fully healthy and genetically tested to ensure excellent puppies. We are dedicated to always having responsible policies when it comes to breeding, training, and rehoming our pups. Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Rallhaus German Shepherds reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for German Shepherds.

  • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Temperament Test

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
