I'm Rebekah E., the breeder behind RE Hounds located in Lovelady, TX. Our Story 🐾 We live and work on a 4,800-acre ranch where we manage both our cattle and hunting operations. Our love for the Bluetick Coonhound began right here on the ranch when we started tracking with our own Bluetick. We quickly fell in love with the breed—their incredible noses, determination, intelligence, trail drive, and natural hunting ability. What started as a working partnership soon grew into a true passion for the breed and a desire to raise quality Blueticks of our own. Our hounds are raised in a working ranch environment, exposed to the sights, sounds, people, and experiences that come with everyday life on the ranch. We believe in raising well-rounded dogs with strong hunting instincts, good temperaments, and plenty of love and hands-on attention. What started with one Bluetick and a love for tracking has grown into something we’re incredibly proud to share with others, they are our family!!

What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include blue ticked and tan and blue ticked. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
