I'm Jordon L., the breeder behind Real Life Furrytales located in Ponchatoula, LA. We work very hard to offer all-around healthy and well-mannered puppies! We are dedicated to always providing our buyers and our puppies with a positive experience, which includes remaining committed to responsible practices when it comes to breeding, training, and rehoming our puppies.
Q. & A. with Jordon
Why did you start breeding?
I first discovered Goldendoodles when researching large non-shedding breeds. I wanted a big dog so badly but my husband has allergies to dogs and never had a dog before. He finally caved and said yes when I found a breeder that had 1 left. It was love at first pet for my husband and our oldest girl, Goldilocks lol Everyone that met our Goldilocks wanted her so that’s when we decided to breed!
What makes your program special?
What sets my program apart is that I help prepare our new owners with all the tools and information they need to be a successful owner. There was SO much I wish I would have just known about the breed when we brought Goldilocks home. Things like how to prevent matting, ear infections, and things of such. It’s because of this I am able to proudly say I have an extremely low puppy rehome rate!
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include medium and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include cream, apricot, red, chocolate, black, phantom, merle, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Day 11: Dakota’s Christmas Twins 🐾🎄❤️
Jaxon had to give them good morning kisses before school 🥹
These babies are going to be SPOILED and extra socialized with there only being two of them.
Both are still available for adoption but they won’t be for long so don’t wait!
They will be going home with their very own stockings full of extra goodies!
Ready to go Dec 22nd but I’d be more than happy to hold them until Christmas Eve or even Christmas morning to make this year’s holiday the most magical one yet! 🥰✨🎅

The verdict is in on why these babies are still available…. Because they have white legs 🤦♀️
Worried a White Goldendoodle Will Look Dirty? Think Again!
Thinking about getting a white Goldendoodle or a pup with white legs or markings — but concerned they’ll always look dirty? It’s a common worry… but not really something you need to stress over.
While lighter fur can show dirt a little more in the moment, Goldendoodles — even the ones with white coats or white legs — are surprisingly easy to keep clean and looking fresh.
Here’s why:
✅ Their coats naturally repel dirt – That signature wavy or curly Doodle coat doesn’t let grime soak in easily. Most of it stays on the surface, which means it brushes or rinses right off.
🛁 Bathing every 4–6 weeks is usually enough – A simple grooming routine keeps their white fur looking bright. If your dood has white legs that get muddy on walks, a quick rinse or wipe-down is often all it takes.
🧼 Brightening shampoos help maintain their shine – These are made specifically for light-colored dogs and bring back that crisp white without harsh chemicals.
✂️ Regular brushing keeps them looking great – Brushing helps prevent matting and lifts out any debris that might dull their coat — especially important for white or light areas like legs and paws.
🐾 Dirt often falls off once dry – Goldendoodles are pretty “self-cleaning.” Muddy white paws or legs? Let it dry, and a quick brush later, they’re good as new.
Bottom line? Whether your Goldendoodle is all white or just has white legs or markings, they don’t stain easily and definitely won’t look dirty all the time. With a little regular care, their light coats stay gorgeous, soft, and clean.
So don’t let coat color stop you from bringing home one of these beautiful Goldendoodle babies! They’re just as easy to manage as any other color! 🤍🐶
I personally own 2 creams and a parti with white legs and my dogs never look dirty and their coats have never stained before. 😎

Real Life Furrytales has gone above and beyond from the moment we messaged to ask about the puppy that called to our hearts.
Jordon is so kind and made sure to send daily communication/pictures of our babies' growth.
The enrichment and dedication she gives to puppies to ensure they are comfortable with grooming and human interaction from the beginning is so appreciated and speaks volumes about the care their puppies get until they're in their forever home. The Horne family is forever grateful for RLF's help adding this perfectly sweet girl to our house.
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
