Welcome to Red Acres, where we specialize in breeding Belgian Malinois known for their exceptional temperament, robust health, impressive athleticism, and perfect balance as family companions with a great on/off switch. Our Malinois are selected for their stable and gentle temperaments, making them affectionate family pets while retaining the drive and intelligence typical of the breed. Every dog in our program undergoes comprehensive health evaluations, guaranteeing the long-term well-being of our puppies. With their innate athleticism and adaptability, our Malinois excel in various activities, yet they seamlessly transition to calm and loving companions in the home. We are happy to announce we have added Fox Red Labrador Retrievers to our program! These dogs have excellent temperaments, health, and beautiful color. We strive to produce well round dogs, whether it is for a family pet, hunting dog, or service dog. Our dogs undergo comprehensive health evaluations, guaranteeing the long-term well-being of our puppies.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Belgian Malinois puppies include black and fawn sable. Labrador Retriever puppies are yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Tessa

Tessa has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price

Puppy prices include a $600 non-refundable deposit and between $1,400 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"Puppies come with 1st round of shots, and deworming and they have limited registration with AKC. All pups are the same price. The deposit is non-refundable but can be switched to other litters if need be. Puppy pick outs are at 6 weeks of age, they go in order of deposits received!"

    My experience with Red Acres Working Line K9s has been wonderful. Tessa has been very informative about the breed and when I had questions her response time was great. we are all busy in this day and age especially around the holiday season. Given that Tessa's response to questions is exceptional. Now as far as the quality of the puppy I purchased, Axel has been amazing. He has exceptional food drive and in Two days has been progressing well in simple commands of sit, down and heal. He has been doing great on he potty training. I have already seen signs of his breeding as far as a working protection dog. It is just in his DNA. I was potting him at night and he herd a noise in the dark on the property and was pulling at the leash to check it out. He is 8 weeks and 5 days old at the time of this review. It is going to be loads of fun training this puppy to be an obedient wise and protective adult Malinois. If I purchase another in the future it will be from Tessa and Red acres. I live in Washington state 2300 + miles from Red Acres so I was not able to visit before my purchase. This made me a little nervous but after working with Tessa and the way she follows through I found her to be a very honest person and business woman. Very trust worthy and truthful about the puppies she is selling. Thanks for the quality puppy Tessa, John Washington State.

    Tessa was so responsive and she would send updates of our little Goose with pictures which would get us excited as we neared his pick up date. I would recommend to anyone working with Tessa again!
