Meet the breeder

I'm Amanda, the breeder behind Regal Doodles located in Plano, TX. All of our breeding dogs are carefully health screened so that your pup has the best chance possible of a long happy life. We are dedicated to using temperament evaluations to ensure all puppies are placed into the most suitable homes. This allows for a much easier transition for the family.

Q. & A. with Amanda

  • Why did you start breeding?

My grandfather was a bird breeder and I found every aspect of the business fascinating. I became involved showing Wire Fox Terriers in 2000 and then I was hooked with the idea of breeding my own litters and improving the breed. After I had my first child I knew that I needed to change my allegiance to a breed that was better suited to being a friendly family companion. Doodles were the ideal dog.
  • What makes your program special?

Because I have four young children I keep my breeding program on the smaller side. This allows me to give every client the most personalized experience possible. I love my clients and enjoy the relationship that we build together. Once someone buys a puppy from me our dealings aren't over when the puppy goes home. I am there 24/7 to answer their questions and offer them help.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our Cavapoo puppies are miniature size. Goldendoodle puppies include miniature and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Cavapoo puppies include blenheim, apricot, and red. Goldendoodle puppies include cream, apricot, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.
