I'm Erika W., the breeder behind Rigby's Doodles located in Woodburn, OR. What makes us unique is that our dogs are moyen (medium)/small standard in size with unique merle coloring. We are a one-dog household and practice extremely responsible breeding, with a lot of love and care given to the puppies.
Q. & A. with Erika
Why did you start breeding?
Erika grew up on a farm where her parents had many breeding animals - dogs, cats, and miniature donkeys. Breeding dogs was something that Erika always wanted to do, if it was responsible and well-done. After Rigby's health checks came back positive and she found a suitable breeding mate, we have now produced our first litter of puppies.
What makes your program special?
Our puppies are smaller than most Goldendoodles - expected to be between 30-45 lbs at maturity. Also, the colors are very unique, with black merle and brown merle as well as solid brown and black puppies. We are putting all of our love and attention on one litter of puppies and their mom.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are medium size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include chocolate, black, and merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
