


I'm Tara J., the breeder behind Rivendell Bernese Mountain Dogs located in Idaho. We breed and show our dogs out of a love for and dedication to the protection and betterment of the breed. We enjoy training our dogs, competing in conformation shows, and spending lots of time with them doing a variety of other activities! Hip Dysplasia

Histiocytic Sarcoma Pre-test DNA (from Antagene), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1B), Bernese Mountain Dog Type, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
