I'm Samantha J., the breeder behind Rocky Mountain Pomskies located in Kittredge, CO. We love the pomsky breed with all of our hearts and we believe that their temperament is just amazing! Our Pomskies are bred for their calm and playful but intelligent temperament. They are known for their tricks and ability to endure long hikes or just enjoy their leisure stroll around the block. We have children and kitties and believe that socialization for puppies is key to their ability to adapt to all homes!

Why did you start breeding?
I got into breeding after I worked with hundreds of rescue animals. I witnessed some cruel practices and much needed rescues and saw many genetic diseases and litter sicknesses and terrible breeding practices that were being perpetuated. I recognized that breeding is vital to keeping healthy dogs healthy and to protecting animals genetics and wellbeing by getting them to loving forever homes.What makes your program special?
We are special here because I am deeply engrained in the animal world. I love to work with and train animals and consider myself an animal whisperer. Your puppy is treated with tender love and kindness and is raised with continuous care. We love to play outside and interact consistently we are exceptional when it comes to training and a lover when it comes to nurturing. Our puppies include toy, mini, and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include blue, black, black and white, and red and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Samantha
Samantha has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“This price includes the deworming and any applicable shots that your puppy needs before going home. It will also include a veterinary check for a certification of health and lifelong support. We accept a deposit to hold a puppy for you. Our puppies are first come first serve reserved with a deposit. Whoever puts in a deposit first gets first pick. Can be used for a future litter.”

Litter update on 26 Sept. •…The Z squad puppies have become soooo fun!!! We are working really hard on potty training and they are doing INCREDIBLE!! All the adults got a nice bath today. The puppies got a wipe down since they can't have a bath until they're closer to 8 weeks old since they can't quite regulate their temperature yet. ! I can't believe they're 6 weeks today! We have someone coming to look at Zena in the morning to see if she will find her furever home 🏠 🥺🥰

Litter update on 22 Sept. •…We are home from camping this weekend and are happy to be back in our own yard! The puppies got to meet their daddy and he loves them just as much as we do! The puppies are on week five and we are practicing potty training, and crate training. They are doing great! We love to spend hours outside playing in the grass and with our toys and are just incredible little puppies!

Litter update on 19 Sept. •…Our Z squad is 5 weeks old as of!!! Right now!!! Lol! Our two boys born just before midnight and Zena right after. They are SO cute! We can't believe none of them have found their soulmates yet! Could it be you?

Litter update on 28 Aug. •…The puppies are almost 2 weeks old! We took a nice little trip outside and got some fresh air and sun and just enjoyed the nice day outside. The puppies are doing so wonderful and all still looking for their furever homes.

About Eskimo
Eskimo is such a sweet and gentle little girl. She loves to cuddle and give lots of kisses and play with toys. She loves to go on long walks the park and hikes around our beautiful mountain trails. She has a calm temperament and is so eager to please and be a good girl. She also loves tricks and has the softest most beautiful wooly fur. we knew she would be the perfect mom because she is so gentle and kind.

Samantha was an awesome breeder to work with! We had the blessing to get two beautiful Pomsky’s from her. She’d update us all the time on how they were doing and worked with them very well that they were good dogs from the start. She made the adoption process so easy and simple for us. We met with them once before bringing them home and she educated us on their breed and made sure we were confident in understanding. When it was time to take them home she sat down with us again going over everything once more with a care package of many goodies. Overall we had an amazing experience with Samantha as a breeder and would recommend her to many!
