Meet the breeder

I'm Toni Y., the breeder behind Rogue Bordeaux located in Las Vegas, NV. Our extraordinary girl Rasza (GCHS Stolenhearts Alexstrasza Starseeker CGC), having secured the Number 1 spot in both Breed and All Breed in 2022, and ending the year as the Number 1 Bitch All Breed, took Select Bitch at Westminster 2023, and earned Grand Champion Silver at the DDBSA Nationals 2024.

Q. & A. with Toni

  • Why did you start breeding?

My very first bitch puppy, Rasza, became a complete diva in the show ring, continuously winning Best of Breed and Group 3 and 4 placements, putting her in the Number 1 spot most of 2022, and remaining in the Top 10 even while taking a break to have puppies to this day. She won Select Bitch in the 2023 Westminster Kennel Club show and achieved her Grand Champion Silver status at the DDBSA Nationals in 2024. As DDBs have a notoriously short lifespan in the US, and health issues, I felt I needed to get her line into our very small gene pool, and found myself with my very first litter of puppies in 2023. And now, we've welcomed her second and final litter...7 boys and 1 girl on February 24, 2025.
  • What makes your program special?

Rasza is an exceptional bitch, coming from the old Park Avenue lines as well as the renowned Serbian lines known for their health, longevity and temperament. She's currently a Grand Champion Silver, and remains in the Top 10 Dogue De Bordeaux Breed even though she has taken a break from showing to be bred again. The first litter's sire, Argy, comes from one of the top European lines of the breed, and the combination has proven magical as these puppies are healthy, happy and well tempered DDBs. Two of the males from this first litter became Champions already - one at 1 year, the other just before turning 2. Both have great show careers ahead of them and love being in the show ring. This newly arrived litter is sired by a top line pedigreed male Woodland Park's Balerion the Dread aka Titus, with exceptional lineage including World Champion Moby.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are mahogany. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
