Rogue River Samoyeds

Belinda T.

Breeder of Samoyeds

Meet the breeder

I'm Belinda T., the breeder behind Rogue River Samoyeds located in Rogue River, OR. Raising the best possible puppies means that invest in our dogs, our puppies, our puppy buyers' education, and our own breeder's education so the puppies have received the best possible care and early experiences from us to set them up for success in active homes.

Q. & A. with Belinda

  • Why did you start breeding?

Since my first Samoyed came into my life almost 50 years ago, I have never been without this most wonderful breed of companion and working dog. My mother established her kennel, Stat-Us-Sams, and was very active in showing and breeding these wonderful dogs in the early 1980s. My breeding goal is to bring her national champion's genes back to the breeding pool of current breeders.
  • What makes your program special?

As new retirees, we are able to offer our puppies and dogs our time and enjoy the creative challenge of planning great puppy rearing experiences with a goal of creating well-adjusted happy dogs. We feed a complete and balanced, homemade raw food for all of our adult dogs, use protein rotation and supplementation including a raw goat's milk kefir that I make for fresh living probiotics.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
