I'm Mandi W., the breeder behind Rose Acre Whippets located in Plainfield, IN. I work hard to produce healthy, happy Whippet puppies, and I take great pride in my breeding program. I am a small-scale breeder, allowing me to give each of my puppies, dogs, and breedings the proper care and attention they each deserve. I am dedicated to providing happy, healthy, and well-socialized pups for others to welcome into their family. I love my pups and know you will love them, too!

We have always been passionate about the well-being of animals. We wanted to put our passion to good use! It's been a joyful commitment, and it is a pleasure to live with, work with, and share with others these wonderful dogs. Mandi has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Whippet Health Foundation Database, Congenital Deafness (BAER, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Profile
