Meet the breeder

I'm Diane or Ken G., the breeder behind Royal Court AmStaffs located in Goldsboro, NC. We breed according to the Breed Standard, maintaining the health of the American Staffordshire Terrier. Choosing healthy parents who have completed all health testing with sound temperaments. Socializing daily, a balanced diet, and Veterinarian care for puppies before they leave for their new home.

Q. & A. with Diane or Ken

  • Why did you start breeding?

Upon purchasing a female Amstaff, we were under contract to breed and give the breeder of our female half the litter. The science and caring of the dam and offspring were extremely enjoyable in 1988 until current. The entire family was involved and loved every minute. So history began. We started breeding, spending more time with children, grandchildren, and American Staffordshire Terriers.
  • What makes your program special?

The continued interest in improving the breed, doing all the health requirements to improve this breed, and staying current on all suggested health testing to improve this breed or maintain the health of the breed. The necessary following up on the puppies, the health, welfare, and medical care of every American Staffordshire Terrier is most important to us as breeders and lovers of the breed.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include red brindle, red, black brindle, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
