Q. & A. with Rebecca
Why did you start breeding?
Our standard Goldendoodle, Rue, has many admirers. She is such a sweet girl and can tell you she loves you with her eyes! I have had the opportunity to meet with like minded breeders and build lifelong friendships. Breeding for me, is about raising healthy, quality pups that families can love and adore.
What makes your program special?
I believe in health testing befo re breeding, nurturing during pregnancy so all pups born at Royal Goldendoodles can be born with a head start. I can be confident that pups are strong and healthy. I believe firmly in the teachings and techniques of Puppy Culture and Bad Ass Breeder. Both programs are a step by step enrichment program backed by scientific research. These programs help build strong minded, confident and well socialized puppies. I breed for the love of Goldendoodles and want to share that happiness with you!
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include cream, apricot, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
